A “Karen” is typically split between two types of white women: the original baby boomer Karen and the younger disenfranchised woman. Both tend to dominate their men if they actually have men who can put up with them. They are both self-entitled narcissists who are not familiar with the word “no.”
The baby Boomer Karen is used to having everything she wants handed to her by a husband who no longer wants to deal with the headache. She is jaded by the fact that her children left home and her husband is more interested in golf, the guys, and younger women.
When the Baby Boomer Karen is left to her own devices, she begins to cause damage to the world around her, like getting involved in politics. She has a high hate drive for those who dare want to live in the perfect world she grew up in.
So she rails against the patriarchy, two-parent homes, standard education, and whatever else they can mess up. She encourages moms to become single so that the government can fill in for a man. God forbid a child grow up in a two-parent home like the one she had.
The Boomer Karen pretends to be a part of the struggle, but when she needs to, she brags about her schooling and what an upstanding citizen she can be. She rallies for minority causes but doesn’t want any living by her.
The younger Karen is just as unhealthy to society as the older washed-up Karen. She is convinced that she doesn’t need a man, but hates the life she’s chosen; she’s bitter too. She’s usually a single mom who parades her kids around any guy who will have her until she ditches him.
Both “Karens” are a detriment to society because they’re so bitter about their own predicaments that they don’t care whose life they screw up. They are like zombies, so driven by one thought that they couldn’t care less who they step upon. They need so desperately to be corralled by a good, dominant man, but unfortunately are designed to repel most potential suitors.
